As a lover of words, I was intrigued to stumble across the Visual Thesaurus. I’m a big fan of thesauri in general – you never know what perfect word might be out there that you haven’t thought of yet – so it was interesting to see how a visual one might work. Although the first word I looked up – “nausea” (don’t ask) – didn’t give the best results, more common words were actually really interesting to see diagrammed out. I don’t think it’s the kind of thing I would subscribe to, but it was certainly fun to play with the free trial.
