Things were going well until I hit a rough patch this week that involves a fair amount of rewrite and rethink. But hey! It may not feel good, but 53% sounds great! Over half way! When I'm stuck, I often do just what you said. Take some time off, work on other things, bounce ideas off other people... my problem is I always want to plow ahead, so I have to force myself to step back when it's not going well.
