The Children’s Lit Project

Overall it was a productive few days during which I barely used the internet (which was actually very nice). I did find a children’s literature gem at the end of last week that I had to share.
The gem is called The Library of the Early Mind and it’s a documentary film made by Edward J. Delaney and Steven Withrow about children’s literature. The website, The Children’s Lit Project, features snippets of interviews with a variety of fascinating people including Norton Juster, Jane Yolen, and MT Anderson. According to the website, the film is due for festival release in 2010. I’m sure all of us children’s book enthusiasts will be itching to see it.
