Free Books Galore!

Not only are there lots of great reads in store for 2010, there are also plenty of chances to get them for free! In addition to my book giveaway (shameless plug) here are some other contests going on in the blogosphere:
Shooting Stars is offering critiques of query letters and chapters, as well as a signed copy of The Dark Divine.
Tabitha Olson is giving away copies of Chasing Brooklyn and My Secret Year.
Terry Lynn Johnson has a stack of books up for grabs, including The Road and The Lovely Bones.
Angie Frazier is giving away ARCs of Everlasting. (Hurry, this one ends on Friday!)

Writing days like that are great, aren’t they? I was glad to hear Anna complain about first drafts. Pushing through a first draft is one of the best goals I can think of (seeing how I don’t like first drafts, either!)

Andrea, I don’t know what I’d do without the occasional writing day. It helps so much to have someone to talk shop with! I’m definitely on board with a “pushing through first drafts” goal, since they’re hard for me too. Happy writing!
