A request and what’s in store for 2013

Happy 2013! I can’t believe it’s a whole new year. It hit me yesterday that this is the year I’m going to have TWO books come out. How crazy is that? I think we must mark the occasion with a dapper kitten.

Before I launch into what’s in store for 2013, I have a request. Since my second book is coming out in just two months (eek!) I’m hoping to line up some interviews, guest posts, limerick contests, etc. Any chance you’d like to have me stop by your blog? Please? *bats eyelashes* If so, just let me know!

So 2012 is going to be a jam-packed year. Here’s what will be keeping me busy:

-The EPIC FAIL unofficial blog tour (which I’m working on organizing right now)

-The release of MY EPIC FAIRY TALE FAIL on March 1st (woohoo!)

-Furious typing as I finish revising the third UnFairy book and also work on the two books in the Dirt Diary series (which will be coming out in early 2014)

-The release of MY SORT OF FAIRY TALE ENDING in November (the last in the series–can you believe it?)

-Plus all sorts author-y things, including a tween/YA panel at the AWP conference in March and a variety of school visits and events (which I’m lining up right now)

-Oh plus, you know, real life. I foresee a lot of caffeine in my future.

What’s in store for YOU in 2013?

Hooray, Anna. And that Mr. Kitten is my kind of guy.

    {I don’t review on my blog, but I will on Amazon and Goodreads. If you’d like you can send an ARC of My Epic Fairytale Fail. Warning: I’m generous but also honest. I bet you can live with that.}

Oh! You are on my list to ask for an interview anyway–thanks for the reminder!
You can do it any time–whatever works for you.
You don’t have to bat your eyelashes or anything. I would love to interview you for either book–how cool is that to say???

Wow, what a year ahead! *sends caffeine* So looking forward to the new books! I’d love you to stop by my blog sometime — it’s mostly parenting and life in general stuff, but the kids and I do review books. You know that the oldest daughter is a big fan of UnFairy Tale and would love to get her mitts on the new one — or ask you some questions. :) Cheers to you, and a great new year!

What?? You’re looking for a blog to host you on a stop of your tour? **raising hand and waving it all around** Ooo! Ooo! Mine!

My daughter loved your book so much that we had to put the release date of UNFAIRY TALE FAIL on the calendar.

I’d be honored if you’d post on my blog {Eat the Book}–www.mretome.wordpress.com

I look forward to hearing from you.
