Send More Chocolate
Posted by annastan on January 4th, 2013. Filed under: Revision Cave.In the revision cave. The light is dim here. I can barely remember what my book is supposed to be about. Must finish by Monday to send to my editor. I hope she doesn’t read it and realize she’s made a huge mistake.
The dog keeps staring at me. I think she wants to eat me. Either that or she’d like me to pay attention to her instead of staring at the laptop and talking to myself.
The chocolate stash is getting dangerously low. Soon I’ll move on to spooning sugar into my mouth. After that, god knows.
Back to work now. (I don’t want to!) Must keep revising. (Do I have to?) Must finish. (Can you please finish it for me?)

I’m lurking behind the stalactites and stalagmites here. This is one rocky revision cave, but I’ve got plenty of holiday chocolate when you run out. Back to work here, too.

I know that we’re already book twins, but I feel like we may also be revision cave twins too. Ha.
I know you will push forward with the revision. If I could send you chocolate in an instant, you know I would.
